Private rooms with private bathrooms are the standard here. There are also semi-private rooms, studios and one-bedrooms.
No floor plan drawings or square footage exist in the source material for Oakwood. Needed: a drawing and size for each layout (private, semi-private, studio, one-bedroom), which layouts are in memory care, and the rate for each if it differs from the $6,810 private suite base.

Your own room and your own bathroom. Base rate $6,810 a month.
Semi-private

Furnished, partly furnished, or empty
Tell us which you want. Moving a parent from another state is simpler when the bed and dresser are already there. Moving from across town is nicer when the room fills up with things from home.

Stand in the room
Drawings do not show light, or how far it is to the dining room. A visit does.
